Terms & Conditions

We would like to bring your attention to the new terms and conditions in place when making a booking at The Willows.  The reason for these policies is that while we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is necessary for us to provide outstanding customer service. Our appointment book is run in such a way to ensure we make the most of Wendy’s time with her clients in the clinic, therefore these policies are in place to stop any last-minutecancellations and no-shows.

Deposits

A deposit of £50 will be taken with every booking over £100 at the time of booking.  Please note your appointment is not secure until the deposit is received.  If you do need to move your appointment and you provide at least 48 hours’ notice then you will of course not lose your deposit.

Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation.  Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of your appointment time could result in the £50 down payment being lost but this will be reviewed by Wendy at her discretion.  You are permitted to move your appointment once, if done in advance.  The £50 down payment will then be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.  Further rescheduling will result in the loss of the £50.

Follow-up Policy

For our newbies to The Willows who are starting out on their semi-permanent make-up journey this is a two-step process, the first appointment includes a full consultation, drawing of the area and choice of colour.  At the second appointment, which we refer to as the ‘Follow-up’, this is a review where Wendy can add more depth to your treatment area as well as go over parts that may have faded or need to be re-touched.

At the time of booking the initial treatment you will also be given a follow-up.  This follow-up appointment is only valid for up to 12 weeks.  If you cancel the appointment and fail to book within 12 weeks from the first treatment then there could be an additional charge, and again this will be at Wendy’s discretion.

Annual Top-up Policy

When your treatment area starts to fade, this generally means it’s time for a top-up.  We often see semi-permanent makeup lasting around 12-18 months between top-ups; however, it is not unusual for this time to be shorter depending on the clients skin.

Top-up Policy over 12-18 months

If it has been more than 18 months since your last treatment, the cost of treatment would be charged at Wendy’s discretion.  The amount would be decided once Wendy has had the opportunity to review the treatment area and the following points would be taken into consideration:

– How much pigment (colour) is left on the skin

– How much definition of the shape remains

– How faded is the treatment area

All the above would determine how much time Wendy may need to do your treatment should she need to draw your eyebrows on again or make a different colour choice, these things will add more time to the treatment which then becomes more like a full treatment starting over.
